This role involves crafting creative frameworks and activation guidelines that elevate brand building and consumer engagement across all channels, with a strong emphasis on digital. You will lead the end-to-end communication planning process in close collaboration with digital and design experts, ensuring strategies are insight-driven. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external creative agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent creative outputs, supporting brand teams in building strong brand fundamentals that resonate deeply with target audiences.A Day in the Life of a Global Consumer Brand Experience Lead
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to achieve GBS targets
- Lead the creation of compelling and comprehensive communication plans and activation guidelines
- Ensure alignment with Brand Fundamentals to drive reach, engagement, and conversion
- Deliver outstanding creative work aligned with Nestlé's communication principles
- Champion a digital-first mindset in brand building strategies
- Support the development of strong brand fundamentals with a focus on consumer centricity
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with communication agencies and partners
- Integrate AI tools into communication workflows to enhance personalization and performance
- Extensive experience in consumer marketing & communication within Nestlé or a comparable FMCG/CPG environment, extensive experience in advertising agency account management is a plus
- Proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional teams at a global scale
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and integrated communications across all channels
- Strong grasp of the evolving digital landscape, including social media and content platforms
- Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Proactive and entrepreneurial leader with ability to seek opportunities, embraces experimentation (especially in digital/AI), and drives high-quality execution with strong project leadership
- Navigate uncertainty with confidence and apply adaptive thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Fluency in English
