:PM Group are looking for a Package Lead - Electrical to work on a Pharma Labs and Offices retro fit project. The role will be based near Schaffhausen in Switzerland :
Lead electrical construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems
Interface with electrical design consultants to resolve design issues, review electrical submittals, and ensure compliance with pharma facility standards
Supervise electrical contractors and subcontractors, ensure adherence to local codes, and pharma industry electrical requirements
Coordinate electrical system connections with existing facility infrastructure, including critical power systems and emergency backup provisions
Implement electrical inspection procedures, witness testing protocols, and ensure installations meet safety and performance specifications
Develop electrical package schedules, coordinate with mechanical and CSA trades, and manage electrical critical path activities
Oversee installation of laboratory control systems, data acquisition systems, and integration with facility management systems
Coordinate electrical testing procedures, maintain test records, and prepare electrical turnover documentation packages

Minimum 8-10 years electrical construction experience with 5+ years in pharma, laboratory, or regulated industry projects
Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical electrical systems, laboratory power requirements, instrumentation, and control systems
Thorough understanding of standards, and electrical codes specific to pharma facilities
Proven experience leading electrical packages on complex construction projects with coordination of multiple trades
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
