SIX contact and coordinator with Securities Execution team in S&Co
Custodian / Transfer Agent Management activities
Cash & Treasury Operations
Manage correspondent banks
Check collections
Manage direct debits setups
Investigations with Schroders Corporate Services Horsham (SCS)
Client Identifying Data related activities
Storage of monthly/quarterly reports with Swiss Stamp Tax for ESTV audits
Storage of daily SWX transaction reporting files
Support queries on archived team mailboxes and residual shared drives
Required profile
Broad experience in the various operations areas
Service oriented and reliable personality
A strong team player able to maintain good working relationship with SCS
Flexible and able to cope with a changing environment
Motivated to shape this position due to new requirements
Strong English language skills
