- Define and evolve PMI’s global monitoring and early‑warning architecture, including workflows, triage logic, risk signals, and integration with ROAR.
- Lead the roadmap for AI‑enabled signal filtering, prioritization, and process automation to improve detection speed and quality.
- Partner with global stakeholders (Communications Strategy, Central Affairs AI, Crisis Communications) to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Manage external vendors and solution providers, ensuring tools meet user needs, governance requirements, and operational realities.
- Establish performance frameworks (KPIs, dashboards) to measure effectiveness and drive continuous optimisation.
- Ensure full compliance with PMI data privacy, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously scan emerging technologies and methodologies for reputational risk detection and early warning.
- Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of AI‑enabled detection, triage, and response solutions, whether bespoke, adapted, or procured.
- Translate regional and market user needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and priority features.
- Oversee vendor delivery, including scoping, sprint planning, testing, and acceptance.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing CA knowledge bases, approved narratives, compliance frameworks, and IT governance.
- Manage data ingestion, UAT, pilot rollouts, and feedback loops to support iterative improvement and scalable deployment.
- Support regional and market deployment of ROAR, ensuring adoption, governance compliance, and integration into local ways of working.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and simulations with Capability Building and regional CA teams.
- Conduct market maturity assessments and provide structured feedback to strengthen readiness and capability over time.
- Act as the primary liaison between central Rapid Response teams and regional CA Communications.
- Monitor, validate, and assess emerging issues in real time, defining escalation and response pathways.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to secure approvals and manage risk.
- Develop and maintain response materials, including assessments, talking points, Q&As, and media responses.
- Track execution of agreed actions and maintain structured feedback loops (post‑action reviews, surveys, interviews) to inform ongoing system improvements.
- Actively contribute to the Comms & Engagement team and the wider Central Corporate Affairs community.
- Serve as an internal ambassador for ROAR, supporting engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, improving, or managing complex architectures, workflows, or operational intelligence systems.
- Proven ability to translate user needs into structured functional requirements for AI or tech teams.
- Experience working with AI‑enabled processes, automation workflows, triage logic, and content‑generation or compliance‑checking tools.
- Track record in vendor management, including scope definition, SoWs, sprint cycles, acceptance testing, and system rollouts.
- Experience running UAT cycles, coordinating pilots with markets, and iterating solutions based on structured user feedback.
