We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Head of Talent & Development - a newly created position with a mandate to design, build, and lead the company's enterprise-wide talent and leadership development strategy. The RoleAs Head of Talent & Development, you will: Create and execute an integrated Talent & Development strategy aligned to business objectives. Lead succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure a strong leadership bench. Develop enterprise-wide leadership programmes, coaching, and development frameworks. Oversee performance management processes that drive engagement, growth, and retention. Introduce and embed career paving frameworks and development tools for employees at all levels. Drive initiatives to enhance culture, inclusion, and employee engagement. Leverage talent analytics and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. About YouYou will be a seasoned HR leader with: 15+ years' experience in HR, including at least 8 years in talent management and leadership development. Recent and hands on experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medtech sector is essential Global Talent Management experience - Ideally Europe and Emerging Markets A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives. Strong expertise in succession planning, performance management, and career development. Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading in complex, matrixed environments. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in English is essential; French is an advantage.
