Manpower is proud to support Philip Morris International (PMI) in their global transformation. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and visionary Manager, Store Architecture to join their Brand Retail team on a temporary assignment.
Your Mission
As the Store Architecture Manager, you will lead the creative and technical development of Direct Retail store designs across global markets. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, consumer-centric environments that reflect PMI's evolving brand and retail strategy.
¯ Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full design process of retail store projects ? from initial brief to validation of technical drawings.-
Deliver high-quality, brand-aligned store concepts that integrate storytelling, functionality, and commercial needs.-
Adapt and tailor store designs for key international locations in collaboration with internal and external partners.-
Champion continuous design innovation, staying ahead of retail trends and digital integration.-
Help refine and evolve PMI's global design guidelines and execution methodologies.-
Support architectural deployment teams to ensure project delivery on time, on equity, and within budget.-
Act as a creative leader and advocate for Brand Retail design across stakeholders and leadership.
What You Bring

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (BA/BS or MA/MS).-
10+ years of experience in retail design (corporate or agency side), with a strong portfolio of successful executions.-
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex design projects across regions.-
Strong design sensitivity and ability to translate brand DNA into physical experiences.-
Proficiency in key design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).-
Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.-
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, and multinational environments.-
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a
