- Lead and deploy the media strategy guidelines for the Maison?
- Enhance media planning capabilities and excellence in delivery?
- Lead global strategic media guidelines, annual integrated media brief to markets and consolidation of local media plans.
- Provide guidance and support to local markets to drive adoption of media guidelines and enhance media planning capabilities and excellence in delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of local media plans and recommend improvements.
- Lead and manage international Print and OOH media strategy and planning (HQ plan).
- Own the integrated measurement agenda and innovation learning plan across all channels.
- Accelerate media and advertising innovation partnering effectively with Richemont teams.
- Oversee the adv. production agency and manage relationship and process improvements.
- +10 years of relevant experience in Global and Local media roles on the client side.
- Proven record of managing agencies and partners and building effective partnerships.
- Leadership and ability to connect and influence people across the organization.
- Drive transformation through building a community of practice with local Media Champions.
- Strong in teamwork, highly collaborative, with strong sense of ownership
- Strategic and critical thinker with innovative spirit and creativity.
- Data-driven: Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Outstanding media and luxury industry understanding: In-depth knowledge of offline and digital media, as well as the luxury industry.
- Passion and curiosity for continuous learning of the evolving media industry
- Proficiency in English and French, both oral and written, at a professional level
