Associate Analytics Manager and Sales Enablement

- Gather large and complex dataset from multiple sources, being internal such as sales, margins, CRM activities, marketing, professional education, capital investment, supply chain and external such as clinical publications, congress attendance, hospital specialties.
- Analyze data to understand trends, potential and market dynamics from global to customer level to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Develop and maintain customer level reporting based on leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and end-to-end lead funnel
- Measure the effectiveness of sales efforts at customer level
- Engage management on deep dives to improve the execution of the sales & marketing strategies
- Educate Sales & Marketing management on how to interpret data and make insights-based decisions and actions plans
- Participate in identifying and following up on sales and marketing process optimisation.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams in leveraging data and automation tools to enhance performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience. Experience in a business analytics role in Medtech or Pharma industry is a requirement.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Power and CRM analytics) is a must. Exposure to ERP systems and CRM platforms (SFDC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions based on data driven insights.
- Ability to collaborate internationally and cross functionally with the sales team and empower them to use the analytics tool to evaluate their performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with commercial operational processes
- Experience in multi-country analytics and reporting.
