For one of our clients, a Financial Company based in Lausanne area, we are looking for a:MIDDLE OFFICER / ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTSJob description
Manage operational processes for alternative investments, including subscriptions and redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and corporate actions.
Update and oversee portfolio management systems and ensure accurate tracking of cash flows and performance.
Perform reconciliations, fund accounting controls and NAV validations.
Conduct AML/KYC reviews and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Liaise with custodians, administrators, and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare investment reports and manage audit and internal control requests.
Actively participate in various projects at department and company level.
Identify and implement operational process improvements and contribute to various developments and business improvement initiatives
Required profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced qualifications are an asset.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in Private Equity funds, LP structures and Private Direct Investments.
Strong expertise in fund structures and alternative investments, with solid proficiency in fund accounting processes and financial reporting.
Excellent IT skills, with strong proficiency in MS Office, process automation (VBA a plus), and familiarity with financial software and CRM tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to details.
Fluent in English and French; strong communication abilities.
