Senior Director Group Tax 80-100%

• Own and drive the global tax strategy, partnering with executive leadership to align tax planning with business objectives and optimize the group's overall tax position.
• Establish and continuously enhance a best-in-class tax governance framework, ensuring robust internal controls, risk mitigation, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic oversight of global tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Lead transfer pricing strategy and oversee tax aspects of strategic initiatives, including M&A, restructurings, and cross-border business models.
• Act as a trusted advisor and senior stakeholder partner, managing relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors while leading tax audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive experience in international tax (Big 4 and/or multinational environment), with a strong track record in leading complex global tax operations
• Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, governance, and international tax structures, including transfer pricing and M&A transactions
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrix organization
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and German, with a strategic mindset, high level of ownership, and willingness to travel (10%)
