For one of our clients, a global manufacturing company specialized in the life sciences sector, we are looking for a Manufacturing Scientist based in the canton of Fribourg.Your Impact:Implement and optimize robust, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing processes aligned with quality strategyCapitalize on and share your expertise throughout the entire product lifecycleDraft, review, and approve key technical documents (batch records, procedures, sampling plans, reports, etc.)Support production teams by providing practical and effective technical assistanceIdentify improvement levers and sources of variability to ensure product quality and reliabilityLead change management, risk assessments, and corrective action plans in cross-functional teamsTrain and develop the skills of production staffDeploy sustainable, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing processesWhat You Bring:Degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or related fields).Minimum of 3 years of experience in the diagnostics or life sciences industry, with expertise in biology, biochemistry, immunology, and automation.Proven scientific and technical expertise in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.Structured and methodical approach with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities.Native-level proficiency in French or German, with at least basic knowledge of the other language, and fluent English skills.
