You’re not just filling roles, you’re the heart of our cleaning agent community, hand-picking the talent that brings the Batmaid brand to life.
  • The Full Cycle: Take ownership of the recruiting journey, from creative sourcing and marketing to interviewing and onboarding hundreds of agents.
  • The Support Hub: Be the first point of contact. You’ll manage calls and messages, supporting our agents with their needs and ensuring they feel part of the Batmaid family.
  • Project Innovation: Don’t just follow the process; improve it. You’ll help drive HR initiatives focused on agent retention, skill development and overall satisfaction.
RequirementsWe are looking for a proactive "doer" who is ready to take on big responsibilities from day one.
  • Early Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count!).
  • Linguistic Pro: Fluent German and English are a must. Any additional language is a strong plus.
  • High-Volume Mindset: You are organized enough to manage multiple candidates at once and move fast without losing your eye for detail.
  • The "Out of the Box" Thinker: You don't just wait for instructions; you identify problems and suggest creative solutions.
