Job Description:For a growing Premium retailer, we are currently assisting in the recruitment of a hands-on, German/English speaking Boutique Director. The successful candidate must have strong experience in premium or luxury retail (Accessories, Cosmetics or Jewellery would be a serious plus) and in the management of a large team.POSITIONMain tasks will be the overall supervision and management of the Boutique.This will include:- Supporting Assistant Store Managers with staff management (schedules, replacements)- Ensuring processes are in place and respected- Recruiting sales staff and monitoring their integration- Participate and supervise inventories- Manage, motivate and develop the sales team- Ensure proper transmission of information- Ensure the proper organization and upkeep of the sales outlet- Monitor activity through various KPIsBut also:- Occasional participation in training sessions- Optimize product layout according to points of sale/customers- Supervise sales events- Set up and monitor POS displays- Implement sales policy- Supervise compliance with operational procedures (checkouts, transfers, inventories)PROFILEFor this role based in Zurich, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong interest in, and excellent knowledge of Premium Retail Management and all that goes with it.
