- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities within the poultry and agricultural sector
- Leverage an existing network to accelerate commercial development
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Promote and sell a portfolio of AI-driven and technology solutions (productivity optimization, monitoring, automation)
- Build long-term partnerships with farms, distributors, and key industry stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on operational efficiency and innovation
- Work closely with the founder to define and execute the European go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to expansion into additional industries over time
- 10+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Strong background in poultry, agriculture, or agri-tech
- Proven track record in developing business and closing deals
- Established network within the Swiss or European agricultural ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a lean / startup environment
- Ability to sell innovative or technical solutions (AI, automation, IoT, drones)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Fluent in English and German, French and Italian are a plus
