Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.-
Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore their parking solution requirements.-
Create customized marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs.-
Develop comprehensive proposals and pricing offers based on client specifications and initial site evaluations.-
Maintain consistent follow-up on prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.-
Represent at industry trade shows and networking events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.-
Handle negotiations related to pricing and contract terms.-
Finalize agreements and secure signed contracts.-
Oversee the recruitment, management, and support of sales partners and distribution channels.Your profil :-
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, real estate, or customized solutions industries.-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.-
Skilled at grasping and clearly explaining complex technical information.-
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.-
