Advise internal departments on process modelling and the best use of SAP tools.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Deliver documentation, solution proposals, and decision-making materials.
Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Qualifikation
Degree in Business Administration, IT, or Business Informatics (or equivalent).
Strong track record managing SAP projects - ideally in FI, CO, HR, BI or similar modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is highly valued.
Fluent German skills (written and spoken) are essential, with English as an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive, structured, and customer-focused approach.
Valid permit to work in Switzerland (or Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship) is required.
