- Own customer master data excellence across EMEA as the regional SAP Key User, validating and approving all CMD requests through NOVA while ensuring data accuracy drives commercial success.
- Be the CRM powerhouse by supporting users, delivering training, managing access rights, and maintaining seamless alignment between CRM and SAP to keep sales teams firing on all cylinders.
- Safeguard data integrity across SAP, CRM, and NWP by proactively identifying inconsistencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions before they impact business operations.
- Drive regional system projects that enhance sales effectiveness, lead process optimization initiatives, and represent EMEA in global CMDM forums to ensure regional compliance and best practices.
- Support commercial pricing excellence as backup to the Lead Expert, managing SAP Target Pricing, Mendix Pricing Tool configuration, and delivering critical reporting when the business needs it most.
- Support NPS preparation, consolidate feedback, and own CX improvement opportunities that come from real customer insights.

- 3–5 years of proven experience in master data management, SAP SD module, CRM systems, and order-to-cash processes within complex, international business environments.
- Commercial education or bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field with demonstrated ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Deep SAP and CRM expertise operating as a recognized Key User and subject matter expert who can troubleshoot, configure, test enhancements, and train others with confidence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage complex data scenarios, and talent for turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) enabling you to communicate effectively across cultures, functions, and all organizational levels; German language skills are a valuable plus.
