The EHS Leader is responsible for Cytiva Switzerland site overall EHS activities. This position is located in Grens, Vaud, Switzerland and will be an onsite position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:Act as EHS expert and leader of the Signy siteReport to the Site leaderLead the EHS compliance of the Site
- Swiss regulation surveillance to provide guidance to remain complaint
- Audits Management on siteImplement EHS Policy & Culture on siteResponsible to build & drive the EHS roadmapDrive continuous improvement culture around safety & sustainability
- Educate employees (samaritain, Fire training, Emergency drill)
- Empower people about their EHS responsibilities (Perco)
- At Gemba to evaluate opportunities for improvement & assess risks when changesDrive kaizen on safety & sustainabilityResponsible of the Site EHS budgetStrong connection with EHS global from Cytiva
- to understand global EHS strategy
- to share to the site EHS global direction on yearly basis
- to share knowledge & best practices with the EHS global teamWho you are:Action oriented mindset/hands on with appetite to go to GembaWith compliance experience with Swiss EHS regulation (SUVA)With Proven experience in EHS position in the industryWith a Strong ability to manage by influence & interact with the different functions on siteWith Proven experience leading the change & leading by exampleOrganized person with project management experienceFluent in French & EnglishIt would be a plus if you also possess:Experience in Biomedical/Life ScienceSUVA certification/trainingJoin our winning team today.
