In this role, you'll work hands-on with the design, implementation, and delivery of Ascom’s IT-based healthcare solutions—ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of our projects.You will collaborate with cross-functional experts, provide technical guidance, and play a critical role in translating client needs into reliable system configurations.   • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar technical role
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization platforms (VMWare/Hyper-V), and SQL troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise/healthcare network environments (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, HL7)
  • Understanding of medical device regulations and data security principles
  • Hands-on experience with Ascom systems or similar communication/medical IT solutions
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills and ability to manage firewalls and radio coverage assessments
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
What We’re Looking For
