What we care about:You are a registered student with a strong interest in data and analytics. You possess excellent English language skills, and a strong knownlegde of French is necessary. You have experience of working with Excel, knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and SAP would be an advantage, with a solid understanding of data management and CRM systems. #lifeisonYour tasks:
  • Ensure data quality, especially in the CRM system (e.g. correct customer segmentation, types of customers, potentials, contacts)
  • Training the sales team to maintain and improve data quality standards.
  • Conducting market research to identify and analyse relevant companies in specific sectors.
  • Identification and recommendation of process improvements and data quality enhancements
  • Extract and analyse relevant projects from the Swiss procurement platform of the public sector (simap)
