TasksYour Role
  • Conduct discovery conversations with interested professionals (no cold calling or chasing).
  • After a client signs up, shift into a mentoring role, guiding them step by step with our proven framework.
  • Build authentic relationships online and offline.
  • Mentor senior professionals, especially 50+, to realign career, lifestyle, and purpose.
  • Contribute to our visibility and growth in Switzerland and Germany.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership or client-facing experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury services, aviation, or other fast-paced industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and clear, confident communication in English
  • A genuine desire for meaningful, flexible, self-directed work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: open to independent, commission-based roles.
  • Passion for helping others unlock their next chapter.
