  • Develop and execute the global digital security strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Lead and empower a diverse team of digital security professionals across Cloud-Security, SOC/CERT, IAM, OT, and Product Security domains
  • Oversee global SOC & CERT operations and continuously evolve internal digital security services and technologies
  • Drive the governance and lifecycle management of all digital security products, platforms and tools
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with international vendors, providers and service partners
  • Identify and address emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities across multiple environments
  • Ensure effective incident response processes, breach containment and crisis coordination
  • Collaborate with IT, development and engineering teams to integrate secure-by-design principles across the software lifecycle
  • Enforce global security policies, frameworks and standards across multiple business divisions
Requirements
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity – including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a international manufacturing environment
  • Proven international leadership experience, ideally within complex matrix structures across multiple divisions
  • Strong understanding of industry frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001), risk governance and architecture models
  • Solid knowledge of modern security technologies (IAM, SIEM, DLP, Endpoint Protection, etc.)
  • Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure or GCP) and DevSecOps integration
  • Strong vendor management skills across global contracts and security service providers
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, TOGAF, or Cloud-related credentials are an advantage
  • Fluent in English is essential; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
  • Excellent communication, political acumen, and the ability to navigate cross-functional and multicultural environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe, with occasional global missions
