- Inspect engine modules, components, and parts (e.g. LEAP, GTF, PW 4000, CFM 56)
- Create and manage repair orders and verify configuration compliance
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards
- Document inspection results accurately and in line with procedures
- Support audits and apply continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5S, RCA)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Materials teams
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic or similar)
- 3–5 years of experience in aviation MRO or precision mechanical environments
- LEAP/GTF engine knowledge is a plus
- Preferably EASA Part 145 / Part 66 certifier
- Quality- and safety-focused, with a structured working style
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model.
