Job DescriptionThe Accountant will have responsibility for:

Book keeping for differents companies of the group
Booking and request of invoices payment
Booking of cash transactions and reconciliations of bank balances
Booking of L/C fees and bank charges in the in-house trading software
Calculation and booking of intercompany interests
Monthly intercompany reconciliations, proposing and arranging intercompany settlements
Reconciliation with clearing-house accounts
Review and follow-up of overdue invoices
Analytical review of balance sheet and P&L accounts
Monthly and year-end closing for various companies
Financial statements preparation (IFRS, Swiss statutory accounts, management accounts)
Preparing for and participating in annual audits

Broad accounting scope to deepen skills across multiple entities. Strong exposure to IFRS, Swiss GAAP and full closing processes.Qualifications

4 to 5 years post certification or degree
A background in audit is required for this role.

3 years' experience in similar role in trading business, ideally commodity trading
Excellent track record in accounting and IFRS standards
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Fluent in English
