Conduct live confined space demonstrations for clients, distributors, and partners, showcasing the drone and software capabilities and technical features.Perform regular flight testing in the field and gather feedback to improve product features and performance.Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for distributors and partners, covering drone operation, software use, safety, and troubleshooting.Update and maintain technical documents such as training materials, and user manual to support effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure distributor competence in using drones and software.Manage remote drone repairs, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize customer downtime.Coordinate field operations logistics, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment readiness, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standardsPROFILMaster in Electronics, embedded systems or equivalent with 7 years of experience in drone industry.Technical Expert in drone operation and post-processing software. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for drones and related hardware/software.
