• proven track record in embedded SW development and SW projects, specifically in a C/C++/RTOS and TCP/IP environment (NOT embedded Linux!)
• ability to create high quality UML designs and write corresponding C++ code
• ability to guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results. Strong in execution, results driven.
• proven track record in Requirements Engineering (System Requirements --> technical SW requirements)
• ability to run SW sub-projects (estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resourcing, risk management)
• strong communicator towards internal and external stakeholders (within project team)
