Maintain a safe and organized working environment across all data center locations.
Execute installation and maintenance tasks according to operational procedures.
Register and label connections in cable management systems accurately.
Supervise third-party contractors performing on-site activities.
Carry out remote hands tasks and incident responses as needed.
Monitor and manage cabling stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Support customer projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Uphold data center security policies and assist with internal/external audits.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
Be part of the emergency response team and complete required training.

Skills/Must have:

Strong technical understanding of structured cabling systems and data center operations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is an advantage.
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
