  • Duration: 01.04.26-31.08.26
  • Workload: 100%
  • Location: Basel, CH
  • BR D&D Initiative = Animal Logistics
  • Gross Rate provided by client: 38 chf/h gross. Typical monthly salary e.g. 160h * 38chf = 6080 chf/month gross
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Technical writer required for transcription of legacy document into new application from our client
  • They are migrating from legacy NAMS application to new Mosaic platform. As part of the migration we need to transcribe active license protocols into Mosaic from NAMS.
  • They have created a AI mapping tool to automate a lot of this process but require a resource to manually transcribe the output of the mapping tool into Mosaic.
Timeline:
  • There are approx.. 250-280 documents globally with each document taking approx. 2-3 hours to transcribe and verify (approx.. 840 hours / 105 days / 5 months).
  • They plan to perform this transcription site by site (SD, EM, CM & BS) so this process can take between 4-6 months of calendar time.
Must Haves
  • Relevant Background in an admin support role (focus: IT, Pharma, Technical Writing)
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Basel, CH
