This role involves developing and implementing medical information strategies, supporting digital innovations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality medical information services.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport..Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to medical information requests in EMEA.
- Develop or adapt medical information content for global use, including standard response letters and FAQs.
- Support the implementation of novel digital channels and technologies for medical information dissemination.
- Manage relationships with medical information providers and ensure vendor compliance with KPIs.
- Collaborate with Global Medical Teams, Local Medical Information teams, and Medical Communications to align on content and strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Train business units and vendors on medical information processes and best practices.
- A medical or scientific degree is required.
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or pharmacovigilance/safety roles.
- Strong knowledge of medical information best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and complex projects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific writing.
- Strong attention to detail and scientific acumen.
- Good business acumen, including budget and resource planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and drive innovative solutions.
