  • Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
  • Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on the assigned floors
  • Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness and work processes
  • Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
  • Management of the daily turn-down service (couverture)
  • Allocation of amenities on the floors
  • Allocation of cleaning and work equipment for all employees
  • Acting as a role model for subordinate employees

Your profile
  • Completed vocational training in hospitality, management, or housekeeping
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel and familiarity with luxury standards
  • Open to motivated apprenticeship graduates
  • Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations and workflows
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Good knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)
