- Always-on regional strategy: Co-construct yearly communication plans with Store Leaders based on regional data (Kantar/Bari). You decide which national operations to amplify and which local activations to create.
- Media and investment management: You are the expert in the marketing mix. You manage budgets across paid, owned, and earned media, with a strong focus on digital (Meta, geo-targeting, display) and local media registries.
- Performance tracking: You are KPI-driven. Your goal is to increase instore traffic (+5%), boost aided awareness (98%), and grow the membership base (+56k opt-ins for the region).
- Knowledge sharing: You will co-author the "Local Communication Book" with your French-speaking counterpart to centralize best practices and ensure store autonomy over time.
- Field presence: You are not just behind a desk. You regularly visit stores in your perimeter to understand local challenges and adapt your plans.
- You have significant experience in managing 360° marketing campaigns. You are "legitimate" in the eyes of media agencies and registries. Digital media (Display, Meta) holds no secrets for you.
- You are used to working with smart budgets. You seek solutions, optimize investments, and focus on efficiency.
- Swiss-German and English are mandatory. You must be able to navigate the local culture and media landscape fluently. French is a strong plus for internal collaboration.
- You are curious, service-oriented, and possess the "vitality" to move projects forward autonomously.

- Step 3: Language Tests. English (B2/C1) and German (for non-native speakers) to ensure seamless regional collaboration.
- Step 4: Internal Check. For internal candidates, a reference check with your current Leader will be conducted.
