- 2+ years of business development or sales experience in advertising/marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
- Strong verbal and written communication/negotiation skills
- Proficiency in German is essential, along with English and Italian, for effective communication. Applications without German will not be considered.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and tools
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
