Job DescriptionIn this interesting function, you are responsible for the IT Support for our employees in Nidau and Brügg as well as for our international Sales locations).
  • Maintains the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure of STAAR Surgical AG.
  • Provides 1st and 2nd Level support for STAAR Surgical AG
  • To be available during normal office hours for any IT related support requests and provides on-call service out of office hours and on weekend’s
  • Provides service in projects which need IT support
  • Helps to achieve the Compliance Levels for applicable regulations and standards (i.e., EU GDPR, ISO, FDA, Sarbanes-Oxley, IEEE, etc.).
Your profile
  • Technical or commercial apprenticeship.
  • Advanced experience with Windows based Systems (MS Office, AD, DHCP, DNS, IS, WSUS, SQL, VoIP etc.)
  • Technical experience with computer Hardware for problem solving with Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network etc.
  • Very good knowledge in English as well as German and/or French. Every other language is a plus.
  • You are independant, well structured, organized and interested to work in an international environment
