Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify, refine, and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.

QualificationsYour Profile

Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)
Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
Experience in managing the development lifecycle, particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM
Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
