- Understand and challenge manufacturing & procurement requirements, proposing solutions based on S/4 standards & best practices.
- Act as the Gatekeeper of solution design, ensuring the right configuration and specific developments only when necessary to meet business requirements.
- Oversee solution build delivery by external partners, participating in configuration and functional specification tasks, and ensuring build quality in collaboration with solution architects & development leads.
- Design unit and integration test scenarios, validating implemented functionalities and ensuring proper integration with other program applications.
- Collaborate with test teams, ensuring compliance with business requirements, and supporting test preparation, organization, execution & defect management.
- Identify regression risks and execute regression tests on demand.
- Own solution documentation (configuration, functional & technical documentation, WRICEF inventory) and the test library.
- Keep the test library up to date (scope coverage) and support integrated solution design, build & test across the application landscape.
- Participate in designing and implementing interfaces and data exchanges between applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing & procurement processes with other business processes, such as finance and supply chain.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems, working with other teams to deliver a complete solution.
- Understand requirements and communicate effectively with the business user community.
- Ensure quality and integrity of master data throughout "Procure to Pay" and "Demand to Supply" processes.
- Support the business in identifying and communicating organizational changes related to the transformation.
- Develop documentation for user support and implement training programs for end-users.
- Organize knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Supervise Support operations for DTS & PTP.
- Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements, additional user training & procedures.
- Strong experience and knowledge working with SAP S4 HANA system as a Business Analyst in manufacturing and procurement processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or similar).
- Very good understanding of SAP cross-modular integration points, especially with Finance (cost calculation).
- Prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Competencies in project management and excellent communication when collaborating with transversal teams.
