Calendar and Meetings: Manage all aspects of the businessman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient time management.Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize all travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and local transport, ensuring seamless trips.Administration and Supplier Coordination: Oversee administrative tasks and liaise with suppliers, including:
  • Tax filings and coordination with accountants.
  • IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Insurance matters and claims.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Property Management:
  • Manage rentals and owned properties, coordinating with property managers.
  • Monitor payments and liaise with contractors for construction projects.
Art and Furniture Management: Organize the acquisition, bidding, payment, transport, duties, storage, and cataloging of art works and furniture.International Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination with offices in Luxembourg and London, ensuring alignment on various projects and initiativesHigh level of discretion, efficiency, and bilingual proficiency |Full time role - broad range of responsibilities
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a private office setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with property management and art collection is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT-related tasks.
