- Coordinate and support the implementation of security measures across multiple sites in Switzerland and internationally, particularly in Africa.
- Contribute to intrusion prevention, critical asset protection, and business continuity by overseeing physical security systems, access control, incident management, and emergency response processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders locally and at headquarters to assess existing security practices, identify vulnerabilities, and analyze threats affecting personnel, facilities, operations, and supply chains.
- Investigate, document, and report security or safety incidents to management while recommending appropriate corrective measures.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of third-party security providers, manage related contracts, and define and monitor relevant performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with law enforcement agencies, local emergency services, and other external partners.
- Design and deliver training programs in physical security and emergency management, and conduct targeted awareness sessions for employees.
- Perform close protection assignments during travel in Switzerland and abroad, including the preparation and execution of VIP protection plans adapted to various environments.
- Plan and implement security measures for events, travel, and high-risk situations.
- Support the management of emergencies and incidents, including evacuation coordination, medical response, and logistical support.
- 8–12 years of experience in security roles (military, law enforcement, or corporate security), including international exposure and at least 2–3 years in close protection assignments.
- Close Protection certification from a recognized authority or accredited training institution ( CNAPS, SIA, or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (additional languages are an asset).
- Experience with security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with experience working autonomously as well as with remote teams.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
- Excellent physical condition.
- Advanced first aid, defensive driving, or crisis management are considered an asset.
- High level of flexibility and availability to respond to emergencies.
