With 180 skills brought together under one roof, the Manufacture creates fine timepieces that combine technical ingenuity with aesthetic beauty and a distinctively understated sophistication.Pour notre Manufacture située au Sentier (Vallée de Joux - Canton de Vaud), directement rattaché au responsable Pilotage Projets Nouveaux Produits, vous avez pour responsabilité le pilotage de projets Nouveaux Produits Mouvements sur la base du cahier des charges établi par le département Marketing Produit et le Département Design.En collaboration étroite avec les secteurs de la Création, du Développement et de la Logistique, vous coordonnez les différentes phases du projet, de la construction et de la réalisation des prototypes à la mise en place de la production en série.COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT ? - Définir le projet en amont (budget, analyse des risques, planification, et lancement du projet)
- Animer le pilotage et la conduite du projet au quotidien (conduite des séances, suivi des actions, contrôle de l'avancement, gestion des priorités, validation des étapes et prototypes, respect des procédures internes, respect du budget, reporting).
- Assurer l'interface avec les différents métiers pour accompagner la mise en production et la libération commerciale des produits
