Our client, a Switzerland-based steel trading company with operations across Europe, is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive business development and expand into additional markets. The ideal candidate will be a business-oriented, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and proven experience in international B2B environments.Chief Growth Officer/Head of Business Development (100%)Your responsibilities
  • Implementation of the group strategy: Develop markets and regions according to the group strategy including the establishment of new business hubs in additional countries.
  • Tactical and strategic business development: Drive growth by blending short-term opportunities with long-term goals, identifying key markets, and ensuring competitiveness through effective planning and execution
  • Implementation and execution of the innovation process: Execute structured processes to generate, test, and scale new ideas, ensuring innovation leads to competitive, market-ready products and services

  • Proven international experience in a B2B environment
  • Extensive expertise in market and business development
  • Strong commercial acumen in sales and marketing
  • M&A experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the metal products market is an asset
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
