Reporting directly to the Country Head, you'll develop and execute relationship strategies that drive mutual growth and create lasting partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Align with customers and/or distribution partners on mutual local strategic priorities and execute go-to-market plans with emphasis on managed relationshipsRelationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating Swiss Re's value propositionBusiness Development: Build and manage deal pipelines with customers and/or distribution partners, ensuring alignment with underwriting teamsData Analysis: Interpret performance metrics and extract actionable insights to optimize business strategies and portfolio managementMarket Intelligence: Collect and share valuable market insights from customers and distribution partners to inform business decisionsCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Risk Engineering Services, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver maximum resultsInnovation: Leverage Swiss Re's thought leadership and innovative solutions to deliver on agreed strategic prioritiesAbout the TeamAt Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we provide risk transfer solutions to large and mid-sized corporations around the world. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about contributing to innovative insurance solutions.We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:Significant experience in the insurance market (customer/distribution management, underwriting, risk management)Established network with key stakeholders in the Swiss market (corporate risk managers, brokers, insurance professionals)Proven track record in sales, relationship management, and new business originationExperience in project management with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional deal teams from initiation to completionUniversity degree or equivalent education/experienceFluency in German and English (additional languages such as French or Italian are advantageous)These are additional nice to haves:Experience in executing non-standard risk transfer solutionsTrack record in dealing with complex transactionsExperience working with CRM systemsStrategic vision, strong business acumen, and results orientationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to identify innovative solutions to secure competitive advantageAdaptability to thrive in complex, changing international environmentsFor Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 136,000 and 204,000 CHF (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role

the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
