- Contribute to the development and enhancement of a coherent, proactive, and integrated operational risk management framework, including requirements for a robust internal control system, in line with CSSF and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure the effective and consistent implementation of this framework within FundPartner Solutions, across the Group and Business lines.
- Support the development of a strong first line of defence by promoting risk awareness and challenging risk management and internal control practices (e.g. RCSA, incident management, action plan follow-up).
- Manage and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operational risk, and ensure regular reporting to management and governance bodies.
- Lead and participate in control testing activities to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the management of regulatory requests and requirements related to incident management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to the CSSF and other authorities.
- Conduct ad hoc thematic reviews or special investigations as required, with a particular focus on control testing and incident analysis.
- Prepare and maintain risk maps, risk profiles, and risk appetite statements for FundPartner Solutions.
- Identify trends and emerging risks that may impact the company, and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
- Maintain regular interactions with risk managers from different business lines and with the Group Operational Risk team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the various business models and products managed by FundPartner Solutions, including UCITS and AIF structures.
- Support digitalisation and data analytics initiatives related to risk management.
- Coordinate operational risk management activities proactively with international teams and within the Pictet Group.
- Actively participate in the design, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Business Impact Analyses (BIA), ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practices.
- University degree in finance, risk management, or a related field; an additional certification (e.g. FRM, CFA) is an asset.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within asset management, external audit, or banking operations, with exposure to the Luxembourg regulatory environment (CSSF, UCITS, AIFMD).
- Experience in managing KPIs/KRIs, control testing, regulatory requests, and incident management.
- Proven ability to adapt to demanding and evolving environments, and to interact diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
