- Pro-active sales, acquisition and marketing activities in assigned sales area for Standardized and Non-Standardized service offerings, includes definition of pricing for sales area
- Prepare offers in close collaboration with customer and internal partners
- Develop and understand customer requirements and actively support customer decisions, provide customer support, consulting services and actively receive customer feedback.
- Actively solve customer requests, complaints or issues competent in a timely manner
- Develop and look after customer relationships (internal and external), sales and service channels
- Provide yearly market analysis, competitor analysis, customer developments and regional challenges
- Closely monitor customer budgets and targets with actuals and actively close gaps
- Higher education with technical and/or commercial focus (University, FH, TS or similar)
- Profound experience in sales, acquisitions and negotiations
- Several years of work experience, preferably in a similar position
- Very good knowledge with SAP, MS Office
- Drive and persistence combined with strong skills in motivation others
- Fluent in English, other languages (e.g. German) are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
