- Driving the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, in close cooperation with account managers, consultants, and the marketing team
- Designing and implementing the business development strategy
- Creating and taking ownership of new offerings
- Analyzing, refining, and validating business cases, as well as creating business plans
- Conducting market analyses on the trends, opportunities, and risks of digital transformation
- Representing our company in national and international forums on digital transformation
- Master's degree in business, software engineering, IT, public administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or in an IT leadership role in the public sector
- In-depth knowledge of the strategic alignment of the public sector in the area of digital transformation
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Native-level proficiency in German a must, along with good English skills; French a plus
