ResponsibilitiesOur sponsorship team oversees our exhibition and sponsorship planning services for medical conferences. We develop attractive concepts for physical, virtual and hybrid conferences, acquire exhibitors and sponsors, negotiate partnership agreements with the companies and deal with all administrative and logistical tasks before, during and after the conference.As Sponsorship Coordinator, you will manage national and international projects, focusing on the logistical coordination of sponsorship activities. You will ensure all elements are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, providing excellent service to sponsors and exhibitors while building strong, long-term industry relationships.Your profile
  • Proven experience in managing the on-site execution of sponsor-related activities or a similar operational role, ideally within the congress, meeting, or event industry
  • Experienced in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills in English and German, spoken and written
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach — we are a lean, agile company, and you are open to cross-departmental collaboration
  • Flexibility to manage workload peaks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and projects in Europe (approx. 6 trips/year)
