- For 8+ years, you have been working in the field of Footprint and Life Cycle Assessment, corporate environmental accounting or a similar field.
- You have a strong scientific background and understand the main limitations of current environmental accounting methodologies.
- You’re motivated to put your analytical and strategic thinking, and consulting skills to work towards our mission of building a sustainable future, and you believe in the power of science as a means to reach true sustainability.
- You have strong peer leadership and project management skills and are able to organize work, motivate and empower a group of people (community) to deliver progress and achieve goals.
- You are at ease with managing multiple projects including significant projects at key account level.
- You’re recognized as an expert, go-to thought leader on environmental accounting and/or LCA and have a vision on how this field should evolve to transform businesses.
- You support business development efforts by providing expert opinion on how to solve client challenges.
- You collaborate with leads, strategists, project managers, and consultants to collectively address client inquiries and support the closing of sales.
- You feel at ease within client organizations and are able to speak using pragmatic and impactful language to trigger transformative change in Product/Service Development organizations.
- You act as a team member on complex projects and perform Technical Control and Quality Control.
- You are able to convince the other part of the organization and of the company ecosystem to embark into the transformation you are driving.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit to build and guide a team to find new solutions, using your expertise to change the world, and you combine it with management acumen to ensure that solutions are delivered according to budgeted resources.
- You have an empowering approach and a strong interest in training others, helping your colleagues develop their skills.
- You’re fully fluent in English. Additional languages (German and/or French) would be a plus.
- You have strong communication skills for external marketing positioning representing Quantis in conferences, hosting webinars, …
- You value rigor, transparency and pragmatism when it comes to providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop the branch strategy with our Quantis Switzerland Managing Director (MD), through market trends assessment and connection with other services, sectors & innovation to align service offerings with our clients needs
- Achieve the objectives and key results for the strategic offering, tracking project profitability and quality, and assessing how it contributes to branch P&L and strategy
- Continuously improve and expand Quantis’ development and implementation in the footprinting area through the development with the business developers of outreaches, account management strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as subject matter expert supporting the branch and other branches in successfully selling and delivering on relevant projects.
- Maintain and improve Quantis’ ability to market and sell the strategic offering, identify needs and implement actions to revise or expand on the deliverables or market positioning of the strategic offering, including relevant new innovations.
- Thought leadership and training: develop and share Quantis’ thought leadership on footprinting related topics; participating in relevant internal discussions and guiding project teams.
- Show up as team collaborator with a win-win attitude: empathetic, attentive and supportive of colleagues when co-designing or co-delivering a project.
- Take responsibility and ownership for your work: think and act with autonomy or authority, while knowing when to ask for help.

- Regular collaboration with other Quantis branches (Boston, Paris, Berlin, and Milan) via web-conferences, in English
- Ability to travel, primarily in Switzerland, and at times in Europe
