We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Your roleSupport the Head of Compensation & Benefits with Global Mobility and Benefits matters ;Coordinate the end to end process of Global Mobility for the Group ;Provide guidance and support to managers, employees and the HR community regarding Global Mobility practices and processes ;Manage relationship with external vendors ;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international regulations ;Provide expertise and support on the Benefits portfolio ;Point of contact for employees inquiries related to Benefits ;Coordinate the management of the insurances portfolio ;Participate in the development and implementation of global and local incentive philosophy.Your profileBachelor’s degree, preferred area of study: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, HR ;3+ years relevant working experience, preferably in a Big Four in a Global Mobility position ;Proven track record on managing complex Mobility cases (shadow payroll, short and long term assignments, etc.) ;Good knowledge of Swiss social security system and Benefits portfolio management (Health insurances, Accident Insurances, etc.) ;Knowledge of Banking is a plus ;Excellent MS Office, in particular Excel ;Highly detail oriented while capable to view processes end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities ;Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;Ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member ;Demonstrate clear and sound judgment on transformation of data and absolute discretion working with sensitive data ;Excellent problem solving skills in constructive/realizable solutions;Languages: French and English (both written and spoken) ;Residence in Switzerland.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
