Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a HNW client portfolio: Acquire, advise, and retain high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, increasing assets under management while ensuring solutions are fully aligned with client objectives and the bank’s long-term strategy.
  • Deliver tailored, sophisticated solutions: Work closely with investment advisory, risk management, and compliance teams to design and implement holistic wealth management strategies across asset classes, reflecting both Swiss and international regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a strategic ambassador: Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, leveraging your market insight and relationship-building skills to enhance the bank’s market presence and support its growth ambitions.
Requirements
  • Proven private banking track record: Tertiary degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, combined with 5-7+ years’ experience in relationship management and a successful history of managing HNW client portfolios in private banking or wealth management-positioning you to quickly make an impact.
  • Deep technical and regulatory expertise: Extensive knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and investment strategies, alongside strong familiarity with Swiss and international banking regulations, enabling you to provide informed, compliant, and value-adding advice.
  • Exceptional relationship and development skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and ideally German, French, or Italian, empowering you to collaborate internally, expand your client base, and represent the bank confidently in the market.
