Reporting to the Head of HR in Zurich your will have the followingKey Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (Assistants, Business-Service Team Members).
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Managing assistant coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Your qualifications:
HR Specialist with Federal Diploma (HR Fachausweis)
3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems (Rexx).
