  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Conduct variance analyses, KPI monitoring, and performance reviews to support decision-making
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to operational controlling and provide day‑to‑day financial support to the business
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting structures, and analytical tools
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

  • Experience in Controlling and/or FP&A, ideally within retail, consumer goods, luxury, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and structured working style
  • Comfortable working across both operational controlling and strategic financial planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, international, and data‑driven environment
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to contribute to continuous process improvements
