About the Role:We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hybrid role in Malta. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service via email and live chat only no phone calls required. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and chat
Provide accurate and timely information using appropriate tools
Meet individual and team performance targets
Escalate complex issues according to company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Participate in training and onboarding programs
Requirements:
German speaker with good English skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
No prior experience required; full training provided
Schedule & Contract:
Rotational shifts: 07:0015:30 & 15:3000:00
5 working days per week with 2 days off
Permanent contract
Compensation & Benefits:
1,650 gross/month (~1,400 net)
Quarterly government support (130)
Performance bonus (up to 200 twice per year)
